The four-year plan approved by the Administration for Community Living (ACL), Administration on Aging (AoA) begins October 1, 2021 and ends September 30, 2025.
Survey Results
KDADS’s Aging Services sought feedback from older Kansans and caregivers and the first statewide Aging Survey was developed. This consisted of 32-questions which focused on general community needs of older Kansans, mental health, nutrition and health promotion specific topics, caregiver needs and basic demographics. The purpose of the survey was to supplement the virtual listening tour and gather input on a variety of needs among older Kansans. Bellow are the results of the survey:
