KanCare Ombudsman

KanCare Ombudsman provides an independent and confidential resource for Kansas Medicaid members’ issues and assists members in resolving their concerns. The KanCare Ombudsman also provides guidance to the Secretary of the Department for Aging and Disability Services on policy issues and periodically reports to the Legislature.
