The Individuals with Developmental Disability (I/ID) Licensing Division approves I/ID day, residential and targeted case management providers for state licensure purposes. These responsibilities are accomplished through administrative review of initial qualifications, in person surveys to ensure ongoing compliance with state regulations and follow up on complaints received.
