The KanCare Ombudsman Office will have five listening sessions by conference call to:

  • Share information about the KanCare Ombudsman Office
  • Ask stakeholders questions about how the office is doing (Note: stakeholders include members, applicants, providers and others)
  • Have a question-and-answer time for participants

  • Tuesday, November 16, 2021; 11:30 am to 1:00 pm

  • Wednesday, November 17, 2021; 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm
  • Thursday, November 18, 2021; 11:30 am to 1:00 pm
  • Thursday, November 18, 2021; 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
