SHICK Initial Training Courses

Once new applicants have complete the required MRU courses and the SMP Foundations training for Session 1 Basic Training, they should go to the Certification tool under the Online Counselor Certification and Training and complete the 2016 SHICK End of Medicare Rights University Exam. Completion of this 5-question test will provide certification that the applicant has completed the required online training.

Once all required courses have been certified, the new applicant is eligible to attend the Session 1 - Basic training in-person.
